Plain terms for using this site, and an honest note on what reputation work can and cannot promise.

1. Use of this site

This site is provided for general information about our work. You may read and share it, but you may not copy it wholesale, misrepresent it, or use it to imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

2. What we do not promise

Reputation and review management depends on platforms and outcomes outside anyone's full control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any specific removal, ranking, or result. Any promise of guaranteed removals or rankings, by us or anyone else, should be treated with caution. What an engagement involves, and what is realistic, is discussed and agreed privately before work begins.

3. Engagements and billing

The terms of any engagement, including scope and fee, are set out separately in a private agreement, which governs that work. Nothing on this site is an offer of specific pricing.

4. Confidentiality

Conversations and engagements are kept confidential, and we work under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We do not use client work as public marketing.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to helm unless stated otherwise. Please do not reuse them without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general information.
