Questions

Plain answers to fair questions.

What reputation management can and cannot do, in plain language. No guarantees, no theatre, no jargon.

Capabilities and platform limits

Can you remove negative reviews or Reddit threads?

Sometimes. Where a review or post breaks a platform's own rules, we pursue removal at the source. Where it does not, we work to push it down with stronger, truthful content so it stops being the first thing people see. We are honest up front about which path your situation calls for.

What is the difference between removing and suppressing?

Removal takes content down at its source and is only possible in specific cases. Suppression ranks stronger, truthful material above the negative so it falls off the page people actually read. Most situations are handled by a mix of both.

Can you de-index search results entirely?

Only in narrow cases. Search engines remove content directly for things like personal identifying information, non-consensual images, or clear policy and legal violations. Most factual press, threads, and complaints do not qualify and are handled by source outreach or suppression instead.

Do you handle YouTube videos and forum threads?

Yes. Anonymous threads, consumer forums, and exposé videos are exactly the kind of high-risk content we work on, through removal where the platform's rules allow and suppression where they do not.

Process and timeline

What exactly do you do?

We manage what people find when they search you: the search results, reviews, and threads that shape whether someone trusts you. The specifics depend on your situation, which is where every conversation starts.

How long does it take?

Reputation work compounds over months, not overnight. Where removal is possible it can move in days to weeks; suppression is steadier and ongoing. We give you an honest timeline for your situation before we begin.

Do you guarantee removals or rankings?

No one honestly can, and anyone who promises it is not being straight with you. We tell you plainly what is realistic for your situation before anything begins.

Engagement and confidentiality

What does an engagement cost?

Engagements are bespoke and priced by scope: how many items, which platforms, and how entrenched they are. You are billed only as work is completed, never upfront, and it is a considered investment rather than a monthly subscription. We are clear about scope and fee before any work begins.

Do I pay anything upfront?

No. There is no upfront cost. We bill only once a piece of work is actually completed, never before, so you are never paying ahead for work that has not been done.

Who do you work with?

Founders, creators, coaches, agencies, e-commerce and personal brands, corporations, and anyone preparing for a launch. The common thread is simple: your reputation is moving real money and you want it handled quietly. We take on a limited number of clients at a time.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. We work under a mutual NDA, your brand is never used as a public case study, and most of what we do is never seen by anyone but you. Discretion is the service, not a feature of it.
